Revised Seventh and State Development.jpg
Seventh & State Redevelopment Project Update

The Seventh & State proposal is not moving forward after the developer withdrew its application at the April 14 Geneva Plan Commission meeting.

The proposal had called for a 202-unit apartment building, a 337-space parking structure, 106 surface parking spaces, a 5,940-square-foot retail building and the extension of Seventh Street from West State Street to Peyton Street.

Any future proposal for the former Cetron factory site at Seventh & State streets would require starting the development process from the beginning. Find more details on the City's project webpage.
